In an industry built on trust, consistency and craftsmanship, few milestones carry as much weight as a customer calling back. For Precision Handyman Services LLC, that trust has now translated into a major achievement: completing 1,000 jobs across Berks County.

“One night as I was entering invoices into our system when I realized we had hit the 1,000 project total,” Rick Kovach, Owner, said. “I knew it was coming soon but hadn’t paid much attention to it. I was excited to find out it was Donna C. Donna is a relatively new client of ours that we have completed a few small projects with.”

To celebrate the occasion, the Precision Handyman team visited Donna and her furry sidekick J-Lo. The team gave the two gifts as a sign of their appreciation, and got a photo to commemorate the event.

For Kovach and his team, the number isn’t just a statistic. It’s a reflection of years spent showing up, solving problems and leaving homes better than they found them.

From its base in Sinking Spring, Precision Handyman Services has grown steadily by doing the kind of work many larger contractors overlook. Small repairs, maintenance tasks and custom improvements have become the backbone of the business. These are services that homeowners need, but often struggle to find reliable help for.

That gap is where the company has thrived.

Whether it’s repairing drywall, installing light fixtures or tackling custom projects, the team approaches each job with the same mindset: do it right, communicate clearly and leave no detail unfinished. Customers frequently highlight their punctuality and professionalism, simple qualities that, when consistently delivered, build lasting relationships.

Unlike specialized contractors, handyman services require adaptability. One day may involve diagnosing a plumbing issue; the next could be building custom shelving or completing a full list of pre-sale home repairs.

Precision Handyman Services has leaned into that versatility. Their work spans everything from painting and flooring repairs to light electrical and plumbing tasks, offering homeowners a single, trusted resource for a wide range of needs.

This flexibility has made the business especially valuable for homeowners preparing to sell and families looking to maintain or upgrade their living spaces without juggling multiple contractors.

Reaching 1,000 completed jobs didn’t come from large-scale construction projects or high-profile builds. Instead, it came from consistently handling the everyday issues that matter most to homeowners. Those little repairs, like a sticking door or an aging deck, are the most valuable to many homeowners.

It’s a reminder that in local business, growth often comes not from doing the biggest jobs, but from doing the most jobs well.

Each completed project has contributed to a reputation rooted in reliability. As a team, Precision Handyman Services shows up and does what they say they will. Additionally, should any unexpected issues come up, they are honest with their clients on how it will impact the final invoice.

“It means so much to us that so many clients have trusted us with their homes and helped us grow in such a short time,” Kovach said.

While 1,000 jobs is a significant achievement, it also marks a turning point. For Precision Handyman Services, the focus remains on scaling thoughtfully without losing the personal touch that built the business.

In a fast-moving, often impersonal home services market, their growth stands as proof that craftsmanship, communication and consistency still matter.

If the first 1,000 jobs are any indication, the next chapter will be built the same way. One home, one repair and one satisfied customer at a time.
